Rhouse4U: The Design Process
Rhouse4U was a company set up by Ian Robarts Director of Bulgarian Developments Uk who we helped out on with design and marketing materials. The idea was to offer bargain low cost fixed fees to sell properties online eliminating the need for an established estate agency. The brand identity was deliberately designed to be fun and approachable and to appeal to people selling properties keen to make savings wherever possible. The bright colours chosen and rounded fonts stand out particularly well on for sale boards which were produced in order to advertise the service. Postcards explaining the service were produced in large print runs and newspaper and magazine ads were carried through using the same cheery style. The website features a searchable database of existing properties for sale which also ties in with the well established rightmove.com web portal for selling and viewing properties online.
